One of the biggest names in the AFL returns under the Friday night spotlight, with forwarding Toby Greene back for the Giants’ crucial clash against St Kilda.

GWS Giants (1-4, 73%) go into the game desperate for victory off the back of two straight losses as coach Leon Cameron comes under the pump.

In addition to Greene — who’ll play his first game since last year’s elimination final win over Sydney after copping a suspension for making umpire contact — Braydon Preuss and Isaac Cumming also return, while Jesse Hogan has been managed.

St Kilda Giants teammate Tom Green said of Greene this week: “He’s one of the best players in the competition (and) he’s also a really inspirational leader.”

The Saints (4-1, 132.3%) meanwhile are in red-hot form, having won four in a row since their Round 1 loss to Collingwood.

Brett Ratten’s side is more settled, with Jimmy Webster returning as Jarrod Lienert and Ryan Byrnes come out.
