- Try ball jumping jacks for 25 reps with no breaks.
- Pound the ball low, medium, and high at your right and left for 25 reps each.
- Go for lateral lane sliding for 15 reps.
- Try combo front and left-right side dribbling for 15 reps each.
- Jump squats for 15 reps.

- Turn left or right quickly.

Basketball Chair Shooting

- Place a chair on a flat floor.
- Sit on the front end of the chair in the thigh position.
