Manuel Alejandro Carrasco Camacaro was arrested in connection with the murders of Alex Quintanilla and Yohanna Colmenares.
Police in Houston, Texas, have detained a man suspected of being involved in the stabbing murders of two persons in Orange County on Sunday.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Yohanna Colmenares, 42, and Alex Quintanilla, 40, were discovered at 6 am with “clear signs of trauma” in the 10500 block of Bastille Lane.
Colmenares and Quintanilla were both transferred to the hospital, where they died. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston arrested Manual Alejandro Carrasco-Camacaro, 39, for the stabbings, according to the sheriff’s office.

On Sunday morning, Orange County officers responded to a 911 call in the 10500 block of Bastille Lane. They discovered Yohanna Colmenares, 42, and Alex Quintanilla, 40, inside a residence with “clear trauma symptoms.” Both were rushed to the hospital and died there.
On Monday, he was arrested in Harris County, which encompasses the Houston metro area. According to deputies, Carrasco-Camacaro was formerly in a relationship with Colmenares and is presently in a relationship with Quintanilla.
He was apprehended “hours ago,” and homicide investigators from the OCSO are on their way to Texas. Both victims were suspected of being targeted, according to officials.
