Match Prediction
Liverpool will be out for revenge this time after they got beaten by Burnley at the same venue last season in January.
Burnley is very weak on the field when it comes to on-the-ball ability. Liverpool, especially after a mesmerizing performance against Norwich seems to be a great threat to Burnley, who just lost to Brighton a few days back.

Ian Rush compares Salah to Messi and Ronaldo
Liverpool legend Ian Rush believes Mohammed Salah will prove himself as one of the world’s best players in the current season.
The former Welsh footballer hopes that the Pharaoh will be able to join the likes of Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar at the very top of the game. The Liverpool legend yearns for the Egyptian King to outshine Luis Suarez and Fernando Torres, who made it big in the Premier League as well.
“And not just for Liverpool, but for whatever he does. He says ‘I want to be the best player in the world.’ You’ve got Ronaldo, you’ve got Messi, you’ve got Neymar, and Salah wants to be up there with them,” Rush said.

Rush anticipates Salah’s stay at Anfield for at least another two seasons: “If he has a good season again, he’s rightly so up there. Quality players like Suarez and Torres were only at the club for a few years, I’d love to see Salah be there for another two years – at least.”
“He’ll go down as one of the main legends if he carries on for the next two years. Hopefully, he’s there for even longer,” Rush added.
Salah put the Reds on his back last season and carried the team into third place, scoring a good number of 22 goals in the Premier League.
Update on Dortmund starlet Erling Haaland’s transfer
In a separate development, the chances of Erling Haaland moving to Spain with Barcelona or Real Madrid have been completely ruled out. However, an observer points towards the striker joining Liverpool in 2022 expectedly.
The 21-year-old Dortmund player is one of the most desired players in the football world who has several aspirants that look up to him. Haaland burst onto the scene at RB Salzburg scoring 62 goals in 61 appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
Barcelona is under huge financial distress. This makes a deal even next seasons look unlikely.
Real Madrid might not want to risk their relationship with Dortmund and are more interested in signing a deal with PSG forward Kylian Mbappe as of now.
Chelsea already got out of the race, owing to this summer’s signing of Romelu Lukaku.
