Ronald Araujo Update

Barcelona boss Xavi confirms after the match that the 23-year-old Uruguayan is okay and awake after being taken to the hospital. There’s nothing to worry about in his condition, and the young defender is entirely out of danger.

This is what Xavi says after the match about Ronald Araujo:

“We can rest easy. The doctors have told us he is conscious and will be spending the rest of the night in the hospital, although we were scared at first.”

“He is fine. He has a concussion and will stay overnight, but he will be fine.”

Reports confirmed that the young Uruguayan gun had a concussion after colliding heads with Gavi’s team. As he is out of danger now, the family and fans can feel relief.
