Khamzat Chimaev has again made it known via an MMA podcast that he wants to face Nate Diaz in the UFC shortly.
Khamzat Chimaev recently said he wanted to face Nate Diaz in August and Belal Muhammad in October.
But “Borz” seems to be particularly insistent on Nate Diaz and has once again repeated that he wants this fight to take place (via BlockParty Podcast):
“When I said fight, I was at the right weight, in good shape, and now that I have lifted weights, I have climbed three kilos. And it is now that he says, “Let’s fight.”
“He wondered if it was too early to lose weight in August. I don’t care; I will lose weight and fight with him if he’s ready. I’m going to crush this boy. He will no longer be the same, Diaz.
Nate Diaz was quick to respond to Khamzat Chimaev:
“I’ve been trying to find a fight for years and months. I also tried to fight Khamzat last month, but he was injured, had problems with visas, weight too, and now this little sal*** wants to get married instead of fighting, WTF?
I will try to find a fight against a real fighter as quickly as possible, probably in July. Let’s fuc***g GO!

Khamzat has finally reacted and seems in a hurry to find an opponent and a date:
“Diaz’s fight is good for us, but the slim man is scared and doesn’t respond. We’ll see. Belal Muhammad said yes, but I don’t care. I will fight against everyone. It doesn’t matter.
Whether Leon Edwards fights with Kamaru Usman, no matter who wins, I would face him and take his lead. I will take his head, and I will take the money.
“I can also take Nate Diaz’s brother, Nick. I will take his brother and hit him too.
Khamzat Chimaev has a young wolf hunger and seems ready to do anything to get back into the octagon as quickly as possible.
