Bangladesh one skipper Tamim Iqbal and speed star Taskin Ahmed started their preparation ahead of the forthcoming series against South Africa starting on March 18.
The Tiger duo was spotted to sweat out at the National Cricket Academy nets Mirpur on Tuesday.
Both Tamim and Taskin had a lackluster in the recently concluded series against Afghanistan where the former could bag only 31 runs in the three one-day international while Taskin Ahmed ended with four wickets in a similar number of games.
To overcome the dearth of the forthcoming series against their South African counterpart the duo have started their preparation ahead of their departure.
Bangladesh who are scheduled to play a three-match one-day internationals and two Tests against the hosts expected to leave for South Africa on March 11 and to arrive at South Africa on the following day.
The Russell Domingo charges will play three match-one day internationals on March 18, 20, 23 at Centurion and Johannesburg respectively.
Two-match Test series have been scheduled for March 31 to April 4 and April 8-12 at Durban and Port Elizabeth respectively.
