Match prediction

The Bay Bombers came out on top the last they faced the Lions. Despite playing at home, we don’t foresee the Lions making most of their home advantage.

San Fransico should win the game, but the Lions won’t let them run riot.

Detroit players reportedly happy with coach Dan Campbell

Dan Campbell was brought in as the new Lions head coach after Matt Patricia was let go following a disappointing last season.

According to Detroit’s Michael Brockers, the new players that have joined the side are glad that they are training under Cambell.

“There’s a lot of guys coming from that ex-Patricia era and they’re like ‘Man this coaching staff understands,'” Brockers told Rome. “‘This coaching staff talks to you, they communicate with you.’ And you see a lot of guys loving that and buying in.”

“When you have that. I’ve seen that turnaround from 4-12 and then going to the playoffs the following year. Man, I just think we’re off on the right foot. It’s definitely going to be exciting to move forward with this team.”

“A lot of players in this league, we’re not about the BS. Just tell us what we’ve got to do, explain it to us in terms that we understand, though, and let’s get the job done.”

Can Lance stand tall for the Niners?

All eyes are on QB Trey Lance who has been in the limelight in the offseason. The 21-year-old rookie player is set to play in his first NFL season with the Bay Bombers.

He has already earned high praise from his teammates, especially Mohamed Sanu.

“The thing about Trey is he’s a very hard-working kid. He listens, is very diligent, and he’s the type of kid that puts in the extra work. I just love his energy. You can tell the way he comes in the room and has so much charisma, and he just has that ‘it factor.’ It’s cool to see.”

Sanu, who once worked with lance in Southern California, was speaking to the DNP-CD Sports Podcast.

Sanu affirmed that Lance is brimming with confidence and always eager to improve himself. “The confidence that he has and the throws that he’s making. And then when he doesn’t get it right, he is eager to learn and fix it immediately, and that’s something that’s very, very important, especially for the quarterback position,” he added.
