The 2022 FIH Pro League third edition is now underway. It started last October and the tournament will go on until June 2022. Here in this article, you are going to know the tournament schedule, teams, live streaming, and TV details.

This year the tournament has been the most exciting game of the season. Both men’s and women’s teams compete with all their hearts and souls. If you watched the matches of the FIH Pro League then you know how much all the teams are struggling to earn first place on the leaderboard. It’s becoming more exciting day by day because nobody is ready to sacrifice their place for others.

The FIH Pro League competition started its journey in 2017 five years ago from now. Two years later of their foundation, they organized their first tournament in 2019. The first tournament was a hugely successful event. It brings a new look and a new face to the hooky world.

The League maintains its activities under the International Hockey Federation. It replaces Men’s FIH Hockey World League and the tournament also served as the qualifier for the Hockey World Cup and the Olympic Games. So in the importance ranking, it’s at the top level.

Teams of the 2022 FIH Pro League:

The FIH Pro League tournament consists of 9 teams in both men’s and women’s teams. At first in the men’s section, there was Australia and New Zealand involved. But they withdraw themselves from the tournament because of the Covid-19 situation and flight restrictions. To replace the two teams, the organizer added Canada and South Africa to the list. Canada was named to replace New Zealand. But, unfortunately, after six months of announcing Canada’s name, they departed themselves, too, from the FIH Pro League 2022 because of the Covid-19 omicron variant. In exchange for Canada, now France is playing in the tournament.
