Platinum Jubilee 2022 is now underway with lots of games, concerts, and events. This is gonna be the biggest celebration in the UK. The whole of Europe is now wearing the dress for the festival. The game will be played for four days and these four days are announced for national holidays.

What is Platinum Jubilee?
Platinum Jubilee is being celebrated in honour of Queen Elizabeth ll. Her Majesty has spent a long 70 years on the throne. No other queen or king has ever made this record in the past. She celebrated her seventh decade on the throne as queen of the UK on February 6, 2022.
To celebrate Her Majesty’s great honour and her most effective and successful governance Platinum Jubilee 2022 is being held. This is gonna be the UK’s biggest celebration. The UK people will celebrate the day together. They announced four days of vacation to celebrate the occasion.
These four days of the Platinum Jubilee will be celebrated with lots of games, events, concerts and many community activities, as well as national moments of reflection on the Queen’s 70 years of service. The whole UK people and people from all over the world will see the festival.
Games, concerts and events will take place live in front of 22,000 people. The public will receive 10,000 tickets via ballot and 7,500 tickets are given to the key workers, members of the Armed Forces, volunteers and charities.
There are several options available to watch the occasion on TV and online, so don’t worry if you are not the lucky one to get a ticket.
DCMS (Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) says, “more than 70,000 “Big Jubilee Lunches” have been planned across all four UK nations, with an expected 10 million people set to celebrate with their neighbours during the weekend.”
Nadine Dorries the cultural secretary says, “we will celebrate it with tradition, pomp and circumstance. I hope that people and communities across the country will come together to pay tribute to Her Majesty – whether that be to watch on big screens or toasting Her Majesty at a Big Jubilee Lunch with their neighbours or coming together in their local village hall.”

The occasion is scheduled for four days. They will host commonwealth games. Here is a schedule of Jubilee with game details.
June 2
The day will start with Queen’s Birthday Parade at 10 AM. The 1st Battalion, Irish Guards, and more than 1,200 officers and soldiers from the Household Division will be dressed in military pageantry and they will parade on horses, plus hundreds of Army musicians will also parade. In the royal palace, the lighting of the principal beacon will take place at 9.25 PM.
June 3
At St Paul’s Cathedral, Thanksgiving will take place to give thanks to the Queen’s reign. Later the day the Royal Family will attend a Guildhall reception which is hosted by the Lord Mayor. The day will celebrate with games too.
June 4
Saturday, June 4 is the day of the Derby. The Derby will take place at the Epson Downs, Queen and other members of the royal family are expected to start their day with the Derby celebration. There will be a platinum party in the royal place hosted by Kirsty Young and Roman Kemp on that day. Besides games and events, one of the major attractions of the day is the concert.
June 5
The final day of the celebration will include the Platinum Jubilee Pageant show. Thousands of performers will be present for the showdown at the Mall. This will begin at 2.30 pm and last until 5 pm. Ed Sheeran will sing the national anthem in that show.
