The 2021 Bathurst 1000 is going to be held on December 5 at Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia. This is the first time that this event is taking place in December.

This event was usually held in October in previous years. But due to the COVID-19 impact, the event shifted to December for the participation of the fans. This will be the 64th edition of this event.

Supercars CEO Sean Seamer said. “I would like to thank the Mayor North, Rob Cameron at Repco, and John McMellan at ARG for their collaboration over the past few weeks to put together what might be known as the best ever Repco Bathurst 1000,”

“It’s been a tough year for motorsport fans but we’re confident this is the recipe for the best possible end to the 2021 season.”

  • Race laps: 161
  • Pit stops: Minimum seven compulsory pit stops
  • Laps per driver: Minimum 54 laps per driver, maximum 107 laps per driver

Bathurst 1000 Schedule 2021

The event is started on November 30. The main event will be held on December 5, which is a 161 lap race.

The full schedule is given below:


  • 10:00 am: Practice 1 (60 minutes)
  • 4:15 pm: Practice 2 (60 minutes)


  • 10:45 am: Practice 3 (60 minutes)
  • 1:35 pm: Practice 4 (60 minutes)
  • 4:35 pm: Qualifying (40 minutes)


  • 10:15 am: Practice 5 (60 minutes)
  • 12:15 pm: Practice 6 (60 minutes)
  • 5:05 pm: Top Ten Shootout


  • 9:15 am: Warm Up (20 minutes)
  • 12:15 pm: Race 31 (161 laps)- Main Race


The event will take place at Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit. The track is situated in New South Wales, Australia. So, you can watch the races directly from the stadium if you are someone from there. The track has a capacity of 57,939 spectators. But this year, a limited amount of fans will be allowed on the track. The pricing of the tickets starts from $111. So, buy yours before the sale runs out.
