The Grand National 2022 is going to be held on Saturday, April 9, at the Aintree Racecourse. Here, you will know when, where, and how to watch the event and the odds.

Event Preview:

The Grand National returns later today, with supporters returning to the track for the first time since Tiger Roll’s victory in 2019. The grueling event is the world’s most famous steeplechase, with 40 runners tackling the tough hurdles of Aintree’s 30 Grand National fences over a four-and-a-half mile circuit.

Rachael Blackmore capped a remarkable season by becoming the first female rider to win the Grand National in 2021 when she partnered with Minella Times to victory over the Aintree fences.

Every year, more than 500 million people from 140 countries watch Aintree’s three-day Grand National event, and the 2022 edition will be no exception.

The country’s most renowned horse race was held behind closed doors last year, but it will return in full form this year despite soaring Covid case numbers.

  1. Snow Leopardess is proving popular with punters thanks to her low position in the weights and course form after victory in December’s Becher Chase over the iconic fences.
  2. Any Second Now finished third in 2021 and is prominent in Paddy Power’s betting market for the Grand National 2022. Ted Walsh’s charge enhanced his claims for the Aintree showpiece by winning the Grade 3 Bobbyjo Chase at Fairyhouse in February.
  3. Delta Work has been a major market mover off the back of his defeat of Tiger Roll in a thrilling Cross Country Chase at last month’s Cheltenham Festival.

The Aintree Grand National is the biggest horse race in the country. You will be able to see the best horses and the best racers in the world at this event. So, if you are a horse racing fan, catch all the actions live.
