The race is map length is 1000 km and it runs as one of the parts of Supercars Championship. The race is a touring race and it happening for a long time now. This is the 64th edition of the Bathurst 1000. It used to take place on Labour Day as it was the longest day in the weekend of South Wales. But later it started to hold a week after Labour Day.

In the 2021 racing contests of Bathurst, Shane van Gisbergen New Zealand racer will start the final game from the first position and behind his car, Garth Tander will gear up.

The winner will get the Peter Brock trophy which was introduced in 2006 in honor of Peter Brock, the biggest celebrity of Bathurst racing tournament.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4

The event will take place at Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit. The track is situated in New South Wales, Australia. The track has a capacity of 57,939 spectators.
