2022 US Open runner-up and World No. 2 Casper Ruud will be the top seed. The star-packed field will also feature World No. 8 Cameron Norrie, Taylor Fritz, and Denis Shapovalov completing the top 4 seeds. They have received a bye into the Second Round (Round of 16).
After a disappointing Davis Cup, Cameron Norrie will be keen to gain some momentum. World No. 12 Taylor Fritz won the Indian Wells this year. After a first-round exit in the US Open, the American will look to turn the tide.

Alexander Kovacevic got off to a good start. The American beat Kecmanovic (7) in the First Round by 6-4, 6-4 sets. He could meet Taylor Fritz in the last 8.
Cameron Norrie (2) and Denis Shapovalov (4) anchor the bottom half of the draw.
Cameron Norrie will play his opener in the Second Round against Kaichi Uchida. The Brit could meet Jenson Brooksby (USA) in the last 8.

The main draw of the Korea Open 2022 ATP 250 will begin on Monday, 26 Sept. The quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday respectively.

The total prize money for this year’s competition is $1,237,579 for men’s singles and doubles. The Singles winner will take home a lucrative $170,035 and 250 ranking points.
