The Next Gen ATP Finals 2021 will be held from 9 to 13 November in Milan. This is the 4th edition of the tournament and an exhibition of men’s tennis tournaments who are under the age of 21.

The finals will begin with the round-robin stage. Then, there will be the semi-finals and finals. The matches will be of five sets. There will be first to four games and sudden death points at deuce. There will also be a tiebreak at three games.

Next Gen ATP Finals Rules 2021:

  • The winner comes out of a best of five sets match with four games each.
  • In case of a tie (3-3) in a set, the set will be decided in a tie break.
  • The score has no advantages and with 40-40, there is a gold point.
  • The public will be able to move freely through the stands.
  • Towel racks for players.
  • Time clock for serve
  • Video review to see if the ball is good or bad.
  • Electronic line judges.
  • Shorter warm-ups, from 4 minutes to 1 minute.
  • Coaching on the court will be done from the sidelines.
  • Elimination of headphones in coaching.
  • Medical time-out is limited to only one per player in each match.
  • Netcams or cameras in the network: A seat in the first row for the spectators.
  • The controversial times to go to the naño will be timed, a maximum of 3 minutes (plus up to 2 per change of clothes), but the clock will not stop.
