In 2009, Fucsovics and Hsieh Cheng-peng of Chinese Taipei won the US Open boys’ doubles title. In 2010, he beat Benjamin Mitchell in straight sets to win the Wimbledon boys’ singles title. During the event, he didn’t lose a single set.

Marton Fucsovics became a professional tennis player in 2010 and started playing on the ITF Futures and ATP Challenger circuits. In 2013, he won his first Challenger tournament, the Kunming Open in China. 

Marton Fucsovics moved into the top 100 of the ATP rankings for the first time when he made it to the final of the Vicenza Challenger in October 2017. At the Geneva Open in May of that year, he beat Peter Gojowczyk to win his first ATP title.
