Sarah LeBrun Ingram is an American amateur golfer. The former All-American golfer at Duke University is also a member of the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame. Here, you will know her net worth, salary, age, height, weight, and all the recent news.
In 1965 LeBruh was born in Owings Mills. Before focusing on golf as a youngster, she excelled in swimming, lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, and basketball. She began her amateur career in the 1980s. But she started becoming popular in the early 1990s by winning major junior and collegiate titles.
LeBrun won the Canadian Women’s Amateur by nine strokes in 1990. Winning national titles propelled Ingram into international competition, with appearances on three US Curtis Cup teams (1992, 1994, 1996) and the US Women’s World Amateur teams (1992, 1994). Unfortunately, at 30 years old she was dragonized with rheumatoid arthritis which later stopped her from going professional.
After 20-year hiatus, LeBrun made a comeback in 2018 in the US Women’s Amateur. Then in 2020, she was asked by the USGA president Mark Newell to become the captain of the US Curtis Cup team. She also successfully won that year’s Tennessee Women’s Senior Amateur. The following year she won the 2021 inaugural Ladies National Golf Association Senior Championship. LeBrun is returning to lead the US team again in 2020’s Curtis Cup tournament.
