After a while, Mark began professional skating at the age of thirteen, and by the age of fifteen, he had already innovated modern approaches to skateboarding on the streets. He won the Oceanside Street Contest in 1985, right after being sponsored by Vision!
Through Blind Roller Skates Video, Mark contributed to the simultaneous growth of street skateboarding around the year 1991. In 2011, he helped open the brand shop Supreme in London.
